We will fill in the crack or imperfection with spackling, and retexture if needed for a seamless repair. We will take off all cover plates from light switches, electrical outlets, and light fixtures.

Next we see the surface is clean and ready for masking. We mask with the blue tape-caulk method to assure a razor-sharp line, and to protect the areas masked. All furniture and flooring is covered with clean drop-cloths. We recommend, and prefer to use low or no V.O.C. paint. Painting starts with priming the walls first. After priming, the appropriate application technique is used: brushing, rolling, or spraying, depending on the individual project. AuerHouse Painting primes and applies two coats of paint to ensure total coverage. Only after a thorough inspection is it time to remove masking and install the cover-plates, light fixtures, blinds, etc...We take pride in our work and will do a walk-through prior to accepting full payment.
